**Job Description:**
The HVAC technician is a position in the Facilities Management department that requires extensive mastery of HVAC maintenance and repair. Regardless of specialty, an HVAC Technician III may be required to perform other maintenance tasks as needed, such as minor repairs or assisting with other projects. The level III is typically considered a “master” level, requiring additional certifications or licensure.
**Shift: Full Time**
**Monday-Friday 7am-330pm**

+ Responsible for the maintenance, and repair of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems.
+ Performs routine to highly complex maintenance and inspections, diagnosing and repairing issues, ensuring all systems are operating efficiently and effectively.
