Job Description
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Shall be responsible for PM, operation, repair and installation of all HVAC systems and components on site including, but not limited to, the following:
- Maintain required certifications for refrigerant technicians, where applicable.
- Update and calibrate electronic and pneumatic controls on facility systems.
- Chilled Water System
- Low Temperature Water Systems
- HVAC Systems
- Air-conditioning Units
- Refrigeration
- Interface with Engineering on design and installation of HVAC systems
REQUIREMENTS:
- At least Highschool graduate with NCII related to course - HVAC, DOMRAC
- Ability to trouble shoot, repair, replace HVAC equipment controls and instrumentation
- Read and understand prints, schematics, blueprint drawings associated with operation flows equipment controls, or equipment repairs
