- Maintaining and repairing of heat ventilation and air conditioning systems and equipment like log book, daily check list update and PPM activity of equipment.
- Core understanding of determining causes of malfunctions and correcting them properly.
- Identifying maintenance risks on equipment.
- Diagnosing electrical and mechanical faults for HVAC systems.
- Cleaning, adjusting and repairing systems, and performing warranty services.
- Exceptional knowledge of providing technical assistant with the design and implementation of HVAC systems.
- Strong background in reading and interpreting instructions and safety procedures associated with HVAC processes.
- Performing emergency repairs promptly and efficiently.
- Performing regular maintenance like cleaning and maintaining the chiller and AHU.
