About the Role

As a CBRE HVAC Technician, you will maintain mechanical and electrical equipment for commercial HVAC systems at facilities through proactive performance testing and ongoing scheduled maintenance. This role is part of the Engineering and Technical Services job function, responsible for providing support, preventive maintenance, and repairs on equipment and systems.

Responsibilities

• Install, repair, adjust, and maintain small electric or pneumatic control systems used for building, including heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration systems and equipment.
• Conduct ongoing maintenance on building HVAC equipment to ensure proper operation of equipment and compliance with all applicable codes, regulations, and work safety.
