Job Description

Jobtailor is seeking a technically skilled HVAC support specialist in Switzerland. You will provide Level 1 technical advice to installers, support field service operations, and coordinate repair-related activities including quotations, orders and returns.

You will also assist with difficult installations, perform tele-diagnostics using digital tools, and promote spare parts and repair services while safeguarding the company's interests with customers.
