What we are looking for:

We require energetic, motivated and career‑minded Installers and Service Technicians to be responsible for performing onsite maintenance, service and repairs in residential homes.

• A minimum of 5 years recent HVAC experience with exposure to furnaces, central and ductless air conditioners, gas boilers, water heaters including tankless heaters
• Residential Air Conditioning License (Journeyman or RedSeal)
• Valid Driver's License with a clean record
• Clear criminal record
• Must have demonstrated strong technical, customer service skills and company metrics in current and previous roles.
• Must be effective at HVAC lead generation and CPP enrolments.
• Comfortable working from heights and using a ladder
