1Click Energy Solutions is seeking a skilled and motivated Heat Pump Service Technician to join our growing HVAC team in Ottawa. The successful candidate will be responsible for servicing and occasionally installing residential heat pump systems while delivering exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

  • Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair air‑source and cold‑climate heat pump systems.
  • Perform preventative maintenance and seasonal tune‑ups.
  • Assist the installation team when the need arises.
  • Complete service reports and work orders accurately.
  • Follow all safety procedures, manufacturer specifications, and industry standards.
  • Maintain company vehicle, tools, and equipment.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of HVAC service experience.
  • Valid 313D Refrigeration license.
  • Valid Ontario Gas Technician 2 (G2) license.
