Responsibilities

• Manages a large team of experienced professionals and team leaders in New Equipment Modernization.
• Develops and implements short to mid‑term site‑specific safety strategy.
• Acts as subject matter expert in installing/building HVAC systems and presents critical information to senior management.
• Oversees multiple projects such as installation of new equipment in new construction, upgrades or replacements of obsolete equipment, and delivery of upgrades to existing customer‑owned equipment.
• Provides retrofitting and modernization solutions to contractors and building owners.
• Prepares accurate and timely project financial and status reports; forecasts project revenue and reconciles monthly.
