Job Description
Main Responsibilities
- Be responsible for the penetration and development of TICA's international market in Pakistan, proactively explore new customers and consultant resources in the regional market.
- Undertake the whole process of customer relationship management and distribution channel construction, conduct regular customer satisfaction surveys, and continuously expand high-quality distribution channels in the Pakistan market.
- Promote and sell the full range of TICA's products, mainly including AHU, Chillers, VRF and other core HVAC products of the group.
- Formulate and implement regional sales strategic plans in accordance with the company's overall development strategy, and ensure the successful achievement of the assigned annual/quarterly sales targets.
- Conduct comprehensive risk assessment for all sales orders, track the order execution process, and ensure the smooth recovery of customer payments to control sales risks.
