ROLE OVERVIEW:

The company is seeking a detail-oriented HVAC Quantity Surveyor to join their team, focusing on high-quality commercial mechanical services. You will be responsible for precise measurement, estimating, and cost management of HVAC systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong grasp of the New Zealand construction landscape and be a power-user of Plandroid.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• HVAC Estimating:
  Perform detailed take-offs and cost estimates specifically for mechanical and HVAC services.
• Plandroid Design:
  Use Plandroid to create accurate HVAC layouts and air conditioning designs.
• Tendering:
  Prepare and submit comprehensive tenders for commercial projects, ensuring all components (ducting, units, labor, and ancillaries) are accounted for.
