Position Overview

You will be responsible for precise measurement, estimating, and cost management of HVAC systems. Responsibilities

  • HVAC Estimating: Perform detailed take‑offs and cost estimates specifically for mechanical and HVAC services.
  • Plandroid Design: Use Plandroid to create accurate HVAC layouts and air conditioning designs.
  • Tendering: Prepare and submit comprehensive tenders for commercial projects, ensuring all components (ducting, units, labor, and ancillaries) are accounted for.
  • Contract Administration: Manage progress claims, variations, and final accounts throughout the project lifecycle.
