Job Description

Academic Work in Finland is seeking a design-focused engineer to lead the technical design and product development of air handling unit cooling and heat pump systems. You will work with stakeholders to ensure high-performing, compliant solutions throughout the lifecycle, with a focus on transitioning to natural refrigerants.

This role offers a hybrid work model from Hollola (3–4 days per week) and collaboration within an international team.
