Your Contribution

As the Development Manager _ HVAC & Powertrain Cooling, you will be responsible for leading development initiatives, overseeing a team of engineers for HVAC and ECM development. The role involves managing the development of new products, enhancing existing ones, and fostering a culture of innovation.

  • Lead and manage the team and its personnel, achieving project goals.

  • Oversee all HVAC and ECM projects from concept to launch, setting timelines and ensuring they are adhered to.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure product success.

  • Provide technical expertise and technical issue solving to the respective teams whenever necessary.

  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations and MAHLE product development procedures.
