Job Title: HVAC Operator
Job Summary:
The HVAC Technician is responsible for installation, operation, monitoring, and maintenance of HVAC systems, including chiller plants, to ensure efficient and uninterrupted cooling and ventilation services. The role requires hands-on technical expertise to maintain system performance, safety, and energy efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform routine inspection, preventive maintenance, and repair of HVAC systems.Operate and maintain chiller plants, AHUs, FCUs, cooling towers, and associated equipment.Diagnose HVAC system faults and carry out corrective actions promptly.Monitor system performance to ensure optimal efficiency and compliance with standards.Maintain logs and records of maintenance activities and system performance.Coordinate with supervisors and external service providers for specialized repairs.Ensure adherence to safety practices ...
