HVAC Mechanic

Summary: The HVAC Mechanic provides HVAC preventative maintenance, diagnosis, and repairs using accepted industry-standard methods and following manufacturers and/or Federal Government guidelines for facility HVAC equipment. The HVAC Mechanic responds to assigned requests in a safe, efficient, clean, and professional manner. Duties: Monitors, troubleshoots, and repairs/replaces HVAC equipment, systems, and BAS controls.Completes and BAS checks as required.Installs HVAC equipment parts and systems.Performs preventative maintenance to commercial HVAC equipment, including, but not limited to, chillers, heat pumps, split systems, rooftop units, air handling units, pumps, cooling towers, VAV systems, etc.Performs work safely and reports any observed safety and security problems to the Project Manager/Site Supervisor.Maintains a professional, courteous manner with all customers, tenants, vendors, contractors, and fellow employees always.Maintains accurate lists, security, and stocking le...
