In this position, you will report directly to the Account Director and play an essential role in maintaining heating and cooling systems. This includes troubleshooting and repairing air conditioning units and residential heating systems. You will engage in proactive maintenance efforts while responding to reactive calls, ensuring the highest standards of client care.
