The Commercial HVAC Estimator will be responsible for accurately estimating costs and preparing bids for HVAC and plumbing projects primarily focused on commercial buildings. This role requires a keen eye for detail and a thorough understanding of HVAC and plumbing construction to ensure competitive and profitable project proposals.

- Estimate costs for commercial HVAC and plumbing projects
- Prepare and submit project bids
- Must know Take offs
Preferred Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in HVAC and plumbing estimation
- Strong knowledge of HVAC and plumbing construction
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints
- Familiarity with Trimble software for cost estimation and project management
