Job Description

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Building Engineer (HVAC) to oversee and maintain HVAC systems across multiple properties.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of HVAC systems across assigned buildings
  • Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair VRF systems
  • Monitor system performance and ensure optimal efficiency
  • Conduct regular inspections and ensure compliance with safety standards
  • Coordinate with contractors and service providers when necessary
  • Prepare maintenance reports and documentation
  • Respond to HVAC-related concerns and service requests in a timely manner

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering
  • Licensed Mechanical Engineer (preferred)
  • Proven experience handling HVAC systems, specifically VRF (Mitsubishi Electric or Mitsubishi Heavy)
