The ideal candidate will ensure optimal comfort for guests and staff by maintaining efficient, reliable, and energy-effective HVAC operations across the property.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manage all HVAC operations across guest rooms, public areas, kitchens, and back-of-house facilities. Oversee installation, maintenance, repair, and preventive maintenance of HVAC systems. Ensure optimal performance of chillers, AHUs, FCUs, pumps, cooling towers, and related systems.
