Human Resources, Training and Admin Manager

Role Description

Champion Plastics is hiring an HR, Training & Admin Manager for our Hosur / SIPCOT facility. This is a full-time, on-site role for a practical factory HR professional who can work close to the shopfloor and help build the people systems required for our next phase of manufacturing growth.

The primary focus of this role is to address operator-level and shopfloor-level manpower challenges by creating reliable hiring pipelines, improving onboarding quality, supporting retention, and ensuring that the right people are available to keep production stable, disciplined, and consistent.

The second major focus is to help build a strong middle-management layer across the organization. This includes identifying, recruiting, onboarding, and evaluating supervisors, leads, executives, and managers who can take ownership of daily execution and reduce dependency on top management for routine operational issues.
