Job Description
During the initial phase of business expansion and factory construction, this position will serve as the primary architect of the local HR system in Mexico, overseeing HR strategic planning and daily operations management. From organizational structure design, talent recruitment and allocation, compensation and benefits system establishment, to employee relations management, labor compliance assurance, and corporate culture implementation, ensuring HR functions effectively support the objectives and operational needs of the Mexico business.
Job Responsibilities
- Conduct local employee recruitment based on operational needs, maintain recruitment channels, and ensure adequate workforce supply for the factory.
- Formulate and implement overall HR planning, including organizational structure design, headcount budgeting, and talent pipeline development plans.
