Job Description

  • Serve as the on-site HR lead: manage employee relations, coach managers, and support performance discussions using consistent and fair HR practices.

  • Own HR administration: maintain employee files, process changes, prepare documentation, support compliance, manage onboarding/offboarding, coordinate with IT and facilities, and keep processes running smoothly.

  • Support and troubleshoot Dayforce during go-live: verify PTO balances, workflows, employee setup, training, and issue resolution.

  • Manage the Office Coordinator through coaching, structure, and effective delegation.

  • Support payroll flow for Canada (Dayforce) and the US (third-party provider), ensuring accurate data and alignment with finance.
