Job Description
The HR Supervisor acts as the vital bridge between strategic HR management and daily operational execution. In this role, you will oversee a team of HR professionals while ensuring that our people operations—from recruitment and payroll to employee relations—run like a well-oiled machine.
Key Responsibilities
- Team Leadership: Supervise and mentor HR staff, guiding them on complex employee issues and professional development.
- Employee Relations: Act as a primary point of contact for employee grievances, conducting investigations and mediating resolutions to maintain a positive workplace culture.
- Operational Oversight: Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of employees, including onboarding, performance management, and offboarding.
- Compliance & Policy: Ensure all HR activities align with local, state, and federal labor laws. Periodically audit and update the Employee Handbook.
