Human Resources Supervisor

Responsible for facilitating recruitment activities on behalf of the company. Responsible for screening, interviewing, placing of workers and up to date with all local hiring rules and regulations; administering job interviewing schedules and offer.

Qualifications

• Degree in a program of study related to Human Resources, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, Associate’s Degree or a combination of education and experience.
• At least 1 year experience in the same role; fresh graduates may be considered.
• With pleasing personality.

• Knowledgeable in end-to-end process of recruitment.
• Able to multi-task and can adapt to a fast-paced working environment and can meet deadlines.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Knowledgeable in Microsoft office operations.
• Ability to negotiate.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality.
