Job Description

Responsible for facilitating recruitment activities on behalf of the company. Responsible for screening, interviewing, placing of workers and up to date with all local hiring rules and regulations; administering job interviewing schedules and offer.



QUALIFICATIONS:

Degree in a program of study related to Human Resources, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, Associate’s Degree or a combination of education and experience

At least 1 year experience in the same role; fresh graduates may be considered

With pleasing personality



KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, & ABILITIES:

Knowledgeable in end to end process of recruitment.

Able to multi-task and can adapt to a fast-paced working environment and can meet deadlines.

Excellent verbal and written communication.

Knowledgeable in Microsoft office operations.

Ability to negotiate

Ability to maintain confidentiality.
