Key Responsibilities


  1. Talent Acquisition: Clarify the recruitment demand,provide the talent fullfillment solution ,monitor the recruitment progress,ensure the recruitment completion within the reasonable expectation.
  2. C&B & Compliance: Supervise payroll administration and attendance tracking; ensure 100% compliance and accuracy.
  3. Performance & Development: Execute performance appraisal systems and identify training gaps to enhance workforce productivity and technical skills.
  4. Labor Relations: Manage employee grievances and maintain a proactive dialogue with the workforce to ensure a stable industrial relations environment.
  5. Team Leadership: Mentor and develop the HR team, optimizing internal workflows to provide high-quality service to all departments.
