Overview
The HR Specialist plays an essential role in facilitating and optimizing daily HR workflows across our organization. This position demands the highest standards, absolute confidentiality, professionalism, and operational excellence. You will be responsible for key human resources functions including talent acquisition, onboarding, maintenance of employee records, benefits administration, compliance with labor laws and HR operations.
This is a full-time, exempt position located at our corporate office in Virginia Beach. The position is fully on-site and does not offer remote or hybrid work options. The minimum starting salary for this position is $55,000-$65,00 annually.
Compensation within this range will be determined based on a combination of education, relevant experience, and demonstrated skills aligned with the role requirements.
