Overview
This role is responsible for leading, managing, and continuously improving end-to-end, high-volume onboarding and offboarding processes within a fast-paced IT/AI-driven environment. This role serves as a subject matter resource for employee lifecycle transactions, ensuring compliance with labor laws, data accuracy, and seamless coordination across internal and external stakeholders.
The specialist acts as a key point of contact for new hires, exiting employees, hiring teams, and partner functions, while also supporting Compensation and Benefits‑related processes to ensure a positive employee experience from entry to exit.
