Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HR Operations professional who can manage the end-to-end employee lifecycle from onboarding to exit. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in payroll, HRIS management, expense processing, audits, and compliance, ensuring smooth and compliant HR operations across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
Employee Lifecycle & Documentation
Coordinate and conduct new hire onboarding and induction sessions.
Manage employee documentation, offer letters, and joining formalities.
Ensure accurate creation and maintenance of employee records in HRIS.
Payroll & Benefits Administration
Prepare and verify monthly payroll inputs (attendance, leaves, reimbursements, etc.).
Should have done Inhouse payroll processings.
Coordinate with finance for salary disbursement and statutory deductions (PF, ESI, TDS).
Handle reimbursements, expense claims, and related employee queries.
