Human Resources Specialist

We’re looking for a People & Culture Specialist to join our growing team and play a key role in supporting the execution of our HR roadmap. Working closely with the Head of HR, this role will provide hands-on support across a wide range of people initiatives that help build a high-performing, engaged, and scalable organization.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with 1-2 years of experience in HR, who is eager to gain exposure across multiple HR disciplines, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and enjoys rolling up their sleeves to learn and contribute.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, people-oriented, agile and adaptable, with a strong interest in developing as a well-rounded HR professional. You will partner with leaders and employees across the business to support core HR processes, enhance the employee experience, and ensure alignment with company policies and practices.
