Summary You will serve as a HUMAN RESOURCES SPECIALIST in the USFF HR SERVICES BRANCH (CODE 1102.6) of PORTSMOUTH NAVAL SHIPYARD. Responsibilities You will be responsible for administering, planning, developing and carrying out the full range of duties regarding the functional areas of Employee Benefits, Workforce Development, Performance Management and Leave Administration. You will review, analyze, and interpret injury compensation standards established by Congress and Dept. of Labor. You will administer the Leave Administration Program in accordance with applicable rules, regulations, instructions and guidance. You will monitor and report progress of work and conveys team findings and recommendations to Supervisor.
