Key Responsibilities:

  • Responsible of all recruitment end to end process
  • Ensure all documents of new joiners are complete
  • Work closely with users to understand their staff requirements, specific job objectives
  • Assist to HR/GA manager
  • Responsible for the administration and daily affairs, assisting in the comprehensive coordination between departments.
  • Support company events, meetings, business trips, and other administrative activities.
  • Complete other general affairs and administrative tasks assigned by management.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields
  • Chinese proficiency is required as working language
  • Detail and like Administrative work
  • Able to work independently and handle multiple responsibilities
