Job Description
Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented HR Specialist to manage recruitment, employee relations, HR operations, and payroll activities. The candidate should have strong knowledge of HR processes and payroll management.
Key Responsibilities: Manage end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition.
Coordinate with department heads for manpower planning.
Handle onboarding, induction, and employee documentation.
Maintain HR records, employee database, and reports.
Manage attendance, leave management, and payroll processing.
Prepare monthly payroll data including salary structure, deductions, overtime, and incentives.
Ensure timely salary disbursement and resolve payroll-related queries.
Handle statutory compliance such as PF, ESIC, PT, TDS, and other applicable labor laws.
Maintain payroll records and generate monthly MIS reports.
Ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations.
