Introduction

A Human Resources Specialist oversees the full spectrum of HR activities of an organization ensuring compliance with standard legal and company practices.


Job Responsibilities

  • Manages the execution of core HR Operations activities and programs including, but not limited to, new hire onboarding, performance management program, and other

  • Immplements HR solutions in assigned countries with input from CoE HR programs

  • Manages the processes and policies updates, implements and communicates accordingly.

  • Assure company policies are administered fairly and consistently throughout the area of responsibility

  • Support and act as a challenging soundboard in all topics relating to HR.

  • Leads and participates in employee and supervisor training

  • Conduct local employee related investigations
