Job Description
As an HR Specialist, you will be responsible for delivering effective HR support across various functions including onboarding, employee relations, offboarding, and HR operations. You will ensure smooth HR processes, compliance with Saudi labor law, and efficient coordination with internal teams and external stakeholders
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Onboarding & New Joiners
Support the HR Executive in preparing employment paperwork, including contracts, banking setup, and medical insurance.Coordinate and administer training workshops as part of the onboarding program.Manage the full visa process for new hires through relevant government platforms and portals.Coordinate relocation logistics for new employees joining from outside the country.Maintain and update employee records accurately in BambooHR or similar HRMS systems.Employee Relations
