Summary You will serve as a HUMAN RESOURCES SPECIALIST (CLASSIFICATION/RECRUITMENT) in the CNIC HUMAN RESOURCES OFFICE (HRO) of COMNAVREG SE JAX. Responsibilities You will manage recruitment processes from request-to-fill to entrance-on-duty for an organization. You will explain civilian human resources policies and procedures to customers. You will respond to customer inquiries by researching data from a human resources information system (e.g., Defense Civilian Personnel Data System [DCPDS] or similar system). You will solve human resources problems that cross multiple program lines (e.g., recruitment, classification, compensation).
