The Human Resources Representative for Café Valley will demonstrate a solid knowledge of principles and procedures, processes for providing customer and personal services, administrative and clerical procedures and systems, and laws, and government regulations.ResponsibilitiesConsistent and dependable attendance.
Cross train within department to ensure coverage of coworkers on time off.
Ability to work overtime, weekends and flexible schedules as business needs demand.
Complete Payroll adjustments and forward to Payroll Manager.
