Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in posting job openings and managing recruitment channels (e.g., job posting website / social media platform).
  • Support in screening resumes and conducting initial candidate interviews to assess job fit.
  • Coordinate interview schedules and follow up with candidates to ensure a smooth interview process. 
  • Help gather and analyze recruitment data, preparing reports to optimize hiring strategies.
  • Assist in organizing recruitment events and employee referral programs.
  • Maintain and update the talent pool to ensure candidate information is accurate and current.
  • Additional bonuses can be earned by achieving the monthly KPI of hiring five people.


Key Requirements:
