Purpose of the Job
To provide a general Human Resources service in designated area of responsibility to ensure compliance to relevant HR legal requirements as per company’s HR policies and procedures.
Minimum Qualifications and Requirements
- Human Resources Diploma/Degree pr NQF Equivalent is essential
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in the HR field is essential
- Valid Medical certificate is essential or must be medically fit in order to obtain such certificate
Competencies
- Must have good communication skills
- Knowledge of SAP HR essential
- Knowledge of SACO Enterprise T & A is essential
- Knowledge of the Mine Health and Safety Act, regulations, and definitions (Red Tickets) is essential
