Human Resources Officer

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Officer based in Rawalpindi Bahria Town. The Human Resources Officer will oversee and manage HR functions across the organization, including developing and implementing HR policies, managing employee relations, and crafting precise job descriptions. Daily tasks will also involve ensuring compliance with labor laws, providing HR support to employees, and continuously optimizing HR management processes to promote a positive workplace culture and organizational efficiency.
