Human Resources Officer (HO )

Pay: HK $24,191 to HK $28,623 per month

Up to 5% of total basic salary as end‑of‑contract gratuity may be offered to contract staff upon completion of the contract subject to satisfactory performance.

Responsibilities

• Provide executive and administrative support to various HR functions including coordinating meetings, drafting correspondences, preparing presentation materials and meeting minutes.
• Assist in compiling reports/returns and conducting data analysis.
• Handle enquiries in related policy/functional areas, liaise and communicate with staff and working partners.
• Maintain proper and systematic records/e‑filing.
• Support in organising events and functions under various HR functional areas, as and when required.
• Perform any other duties as assigned by supervisors.
