How you'll help us achieve it

We are looking for an ingenious and action-oriented Human Resources Officer. You will be the first point of contact for Wave Bouaké's Employees' human resources requests. You will also collaborate with the people (payroll, talent, IT, and HR business partners) and the legal team to ensure a great overall employee experience and business continuity.


In this role, you'll;

  • Draft employment contracts, amendments, and any administrative documents related to human resources management.

  • Process, update, and archive (digitally and physically) personnel files (contracts, promotions, transfers, absences, departures, etc.).

  • Manage disciplinary cases (drafting requests for explanations, conducting hearings, etc.).

  • Prepare and submit payroll inputs (absences, bonuses, overtime, deductions, etc.).

  • Be in charge of social security declarations, CNPS, and the preparation of new joiners...
