General Objective

We are seeking a highly reliable HR Office Manager (Overnight Shift) to run day‑to‑day office operations for our Bacolod office while also supporting ongoing hiring needs.

This role is fully on‑site and requires someone who can office organized and functional, and ensure recruiting activity continues moving without delays. Contact center and recruitment experience are highly preferred and will strongly influence selection for this role, although it is not formally required.
