 Job Title: HR & Office Administrator 
Location: Bogotá – On-site (Parque de la 93) 
Contract: Permanent 
We are looking for an Human Resoruces & Office Administrator to support our 
operations in Colombia. This role combines HR coordination and office administration, 
ensuring smooth processes for payroll, onboarding, compliance, and employee support. 
You'll work closely with local staff and U.S. management, acting as the main HR point of 
contact. 
Responsibilities: 
• Manage employee records, contracts, and legal documentation. 
• Oversee payroll updates (vacations, leaves, bonuses). 
• Coordinate onboarding, benefits, and offboarding processes. 
• Handle equipment procurement and office needs. 
• Support HR policies, health and safety, and compliance. 
• Act as the HR liaison between Colombia and U.S. management.
