ROLE DESCRIPTION:

The role drives an employee-orientated culture with emphases on quality internal services, employee development and retention, and continuous improvement. The role serves as a senior support role to the management on site.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Grade 12 with a bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management / Industrial Relations Management.
  • Minimum 5 years of HR Management experience.
  • Labour relations training

  • BBBEE knowledge
  • ERS Time & Attendance
  • HR Generalist and Payroll Administration
  • Minimum 3 years experience in HR supporting role dealing with at least 100 employees
  • Advanced computer skills in MS Office (Strong Excel)
  • Sound knowledge of labour laws (BCEA, EEA, SDA, LRA)
