The HR Manager will oversee and manage the full spectrum of human resources functions for the Philippine operations of a Japanese retail computer company. This role is responsible for aligning HR strategies with business objectives while ensuring compliance with Philippine labor laws and adherence to Japanese corporate policies and values.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic HR & Operations
Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and systems aligned with both local regulations and Japanese head office standards
Act as a trusted HR partner to management in workforce planning, organizational development, and employee engagement
Support business expansion, store operations, and head office functions through effective HR strategies
Recruitment & Workforce Management
