The Role


As Human Resources Manager, you will be responsible for delivering end-to-end HR support across the business while contributing to broader people and culture initiatives. You will work closely with leaders to ensure best-practice HR processes, compliance, and a positive employee experience.


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and offboarding

  • Provide practical and compliant advice on employee relations and workplace matters

  • Support leaders with performance management, coaching, and disciplinary processes

  • Management of our Apprentice and Schools programs

  • Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies and procedures
