Job Description

Our client is an international conglomerate and is seeking an experienced HR professional to provide HR support for their regional office in Singapore.


Some of the key responsibilities will include:

  • Responsible for the effective management of the full spectrum of HR in areas including but not limited to recruitment, performance management, learning and talent development, employee engagement & relations, compensation & benefits and payroll
  • Play an advisory role to business leaders to support them in developing progressive talent solutions to meet business objectives. Act as point of contact for complex HR issues, providing advice as appropriate based on local laws and legislations
  • Responsible for the performance management system and promotions cycle
  • Drive employee engagement and retention initiatives to build a positive and high performing culture
