Human Resources Manager

We are hiring our first HR to handle hiring, joining, attendance, and basic people operations for two growing businesses — a Real Estate company (Asya Projects) and a Retail Store (buttons & threads)

This is a hands-on execution role, not a corporate HR position.

*The focus is on getting people hired, ensuring they join, and keeping operations running smoothly.

We are looking for someone who:

• Is comfortable calling candidates daily
• Has personally handled recruitment and follow-ups
• Can manage no-shows, dropouts, and replacements
• Is practical, street-smart, and result-oriented
• Can work independently in an early-stage setup
