Human Resources Manager

The ideal candidate will support the full scope of Human Resources responsibilities and partner with the organization on strategic initiatives. They will maintain and enhance the organization's human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating human resources policies, programs, and practices.

Responsibilities

• Recruit and Onboard new hires
• Conduct performance management and provide feedback
• Look after all HR facets (engagement, labor relations, talent management, recruitment) for the center and ensure an uplift on current HR support delivery
• Design and execute HR strategy that aligns with the needs of a growing/expanding business
• Partner with stakeholders and provide HR advice that allows them to make key business decisions
• Manage and develop the HR team
• Work on internal initiatives and projects to further improve HR delivery
